Killing it as usual 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
You are a legend on this exercise and such strength. SIR
Impressive
I counted 27 but i know there was a missing rep not caught on camera
@@sw4lyfe salty I didn't hit my goal of 30, but went a bit too slow and lost balance a few times
Thats insane man 🎉🎉🎉
I counted 27
Video started after the 1st rep (waiting on better footage)
Phenomenal 🎉
Insane
You are super man sir🙏
You are crazy strong! I just have one question. Why have you plateaued for so long?
Thanks! I haven't really. Just sorta stopped training lol
Next: neck pull ups
Brother plz make a tutorial of it plz how to do it
@@kapishwassist8715 I will. I was busy with ufx comp
Damn bro is tarining 20- 30 years damn Probably he can fly now with his lats
That is nasty work right there goddamn Good shit brother
Try in 10 min, 30 min is too much
@@realkave I will next time!
@@MatthewShoffner I can do 100 in 10 min btw, but probably not so good form
@@realkave That is awesome! How do you go about it?
@@MatthewShoffner i do 5 on one arm the 5 on another and like that in circle with little rest. Its kinda emom
@@realkave yea, that is solid, especially if you keep it up.
Dude, this is fucking incredible. You’ve probably been doing this all your life, but make no mistake this is some achievement. 👏👏
@@thesoulmc thank you!
Strength 💪❤
I can do this too, except I need the whole gym to be submerged in water.
Lol
i am the old
get this video more famous!
Ping me before you famous😅

Очень вредно для спины ...у нас в зале один паренек подтягивался 10 раз на одной за раз угробил спину
Ouch. How?
I remember you saying you could do 16 ish oaps back when the WR was only 13. But you only posted a vid of you doing 10 on one arm at the time? do you have a chance of getting the record now or no?
@@poiuy-ft5sy I will have to work back up to it, but def have a chance still!
@@MatthewShoffner how's your p4p max weighted pullup? Still wr contention now?
@@poiuy-ft5sy I am not far from contention. Could be wrong, but I believe the record at 160 lbs is 213 lbs or so. So unofficially my record still stands p4p but as of today I have work to do to get back to that and make it official in comp.
This is beyond incredible. How long have you been training one arm pull ups specifically?
@@mariolokyHD Preciate it! Its been a long time on and off. I am old lol I was doing these since I was young haha
Respect my guy, do you get tendonitis in your elbows?
No. I hurt my left forearm doing something else and it hasn't healed fully. But these don't cause any tendonitis.
someone make this guy famous ffs
Haha
🤴🏾
next level: zero arms
Matthew, Have you every tried arm-wrestling?
@@pflmagic nothing serious. A few times in college for fun.
@@MatthewShoffner you must have absolutely crushed everyone lmao
@@suraj_danu haha I wish. Won a good deal and lost a few times as well.
Height & weight?
Why so slow on the descent?
@@user-mg2dq4ty6c Injury prevention, balance, and comfort. Main reason though.... I suck at the movement lol
Animal
@@sharawww Trying to keep up with you man.
dude could use this as his main back exercise for hypertrophy my gosh
No but it looks painful as shi lol
When are you gonna put out a new ebook?
@@Jdm5299 what should I cover?
@MatthewShoffner an entire streetlifting book would be awesome. Weighted pull-ups, dips, chin ups, one arm pull-ups. Progressions, exercise selection, program samples. Streetlifting/weighted calisthenic standards for strength.
@@Jdm5299 Sure thing. Could be a bit lengthy, but I can do that. I can give you my general mindset and the different types of trainings done.
@MatthewShoffner definitely would be cool to get a book about that stuff from a high-level lifter like yourself
respect
i had a dream where i was doing this, and in my dream i thought to myself "what the hell this is too damn easy"
@@caerulemusic haha things are always harder in my dreams.
Beast
Good job
insanity so impressive
Jesus Christ leave some strength for the rest of us dude! That's crazy 🔥
Do you ever train them one arm at a time or do you always alternate? Either way this is extremely impressive
@@avi_s0ncin0 I mix it up at times. With weight it feels a bit better on my joints to switch
